Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Pancakes will always be one of my all-time favourite breakfast options which is why I love recipes like this one.
These light chocolate protein pancakes are delicious, fluffy, and naturally sweet - without all the nasty stuff.
Start your day with a tasty stack of these and I promise you'll feel both energised and satisfied.
Makes seven small pancakes
Ingredients
4 tbsp Organic gluten-free oats
1 Egg
1/2 Banana
15g Clean Paleo light chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp Almond milk
Directions
1. In a blender or food processor, blitz the oats into a flour.
2. Add the banana, egg, protein powder, and milk then blitz until smooth.
3. Spoon the mixture into a medium heated pan and flip when golden. Be careful not to have the temperature too hot as they can burn quickly.
4. Serve with all your favourite toppings!
