ABOUT ME

Hey everyone and welcome to my page! I set up this blog so it could become a space for me to post my recipes for friends, family, and anyone who shares my love for delicious healthy food.

Through my extensive journey managing Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) I have learnt a lot about food and have developed a passion for creating delicious recipes that tick all the dairy-free, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free boxes.

​

As you will come to see with the majority of my recipe posts, as much as I enjoy cooking, I love baking the most. I’ve always had a sweet tooth and just the thought of a bakery cabinet makes my mouth water. But when my problematic digestive system made it almost impossible for me to enjoy these foods in moderation, I was forced to get creative.

​

Over the past few years, I’ve experimented with food and have come to realise that eating clean is really not that difficult! Nor is it as complicated, unpalatable, or as expensive as many people have come to believe.  All it takes is a bit of education and 'outside-the-box thinking' and you can enjoy almost anything while avoiding all the nasty stuff.

​

In a nutshell, I hope that this blog can become an interactive platform where I can share my tips and tricks with people from all walks of life.

Whether you suffer from food sensitivities like me, want to get healthy, or just want to try out some fun recipes, I hope this page serves you well!
