Banana Pancakes

Who doesn't love to start their day with a stack of delicious pancakes? ... especially when they're 100 per cent guilt free.
This super easy banana pancake recipe is my go-to for when I'm craving a sweet start to the day and are completely dairy, gluten, and refined sugar-free! And with just three clean, basic ingredients, they can be enjoyed as part of any healthy lifestyle.
Ingredients
4 tbs Organic gluten-free oats 1 Banana 1 Egg
Directions
In a blender, blitz the oats into a flour.
Add the banana and egg then blend until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into a medium heated pan and flip when golden. Be careful not to have the temperature too hot as they can burn quickly.
Serve with all your favourite toppings!
